Our rocking horse is a local gem and ready for a Sarasota, FL pickup.  It is plastic, made in USA and still has a fuzzy “neighing” sound.  Use the pull string talker to get things done.

There are scratches in the black paint near the neck as well as foot wear on the metal stand.  Condition is original.  The horse body appears to be a strong plastic and possibly fiberglass.  The frame is steel.
