Marx Tin Windup Tank *SOLD*

Marx Tin Windup Tank for sale

This Marx doughboy tank has a very interesting blue and orange paint scheme.  The windup goes forward and then the gunner pops up into gunning position, then retreats into the tank.

Condition is used as shown with thin paint on the front top blue.

This Doughboy is a very early Marx tank from 1930-32, a rather limited production, and resembles and elongated diamond.  It is equipped to start and stop and comes with a two-gun top turret.  Guns on the side have a wedge shaped mount and rather realistic look.

A 1931 ad describes this as an exact reproduction of the thanks used by the doughboys in the World War.
