We have for you a RARE tin, lithographed, windup basketball player in box that was manufactured by ATC Asahi Toy Company/Asahi Gangu Seisakusho of Tokyo, Japan.

When the ball is placed in his hands and the plunger is pulled this working basketball player shoots the ball into the hoop. This item comes with 2 original plastic balls. The box is in good condition with some cracking on the box top from something sitting on it.

Overall this piece is in great all original condition with no breaks, restorations, repairs, or touch-ups. This piece shows the usual patina, fading, dust, chips, scuffs, surface rust, scratches, missing accessories, and wear that is to be expected from age and play.
