Ford Convertible Cast Iron For Sale- A.C. Williams

Our Ford Convertible is circa 1936 and an original cast iron toy.  The green paint is proper and delicate “take apart” clip still present on the hood.

Williams made this detailed “nickel grill” toy in the middle of the Great Depression.  So it is a well detailed but smaller toy, at closer to 4.5 inches in length.  The window frame and rims are original, but two tires are likely replaced.

This toy was part of Williams “improved” rubber tire line, so that the toys wouldn’t scratch wood flooring.

-A great cast iron toy from a one year only production.  At the moment there are fewer than 40 surviving examples known; fewer still in original condition.
