German Folk Art Gestiefelter Kater Puss in Boots Hand Painted Wooden Cut Out Wall Art Decor 

We have for you a whimsical wooden folk art Puss in Boots or Gestiefelter Kater hand painted cut out wall art piece made in Germany.  

This sweet kitty is hand painted on thin wood with a secure wall hanger attached. On the back, he is marked “Gestiefelter Kater” or in English “Puss in Boots”. On the front, over the arm and hat there is what appears to be old adhesive from a price tag or piece of tape. We did not try to remove this as we did not want to damage it. It comes on a card in a protective plastic sleeve.  

This wooden Puss in Boots/Gestiefelter Kater décor piece is in excellent all original condition with no breaks, restorations, repairs, or touch ups. This piece shows the usual patina, dust, chips, scuffs, surface rust, scratches, and wear that are to be expected from age and play. This is approximately 10″ L.
