Kyser & Rex Cast Iron Reindeer Team on Reclaimed Wood Plinth

We have for you an upcycled cast iron reindeer team on a reclaimed wood plinth originally manufactured by Kyser & Rex of Frankfort, Pennsylvania.

We found these beautiful antique cast iron Kyser & Rex reindeer and saw an opportunity to take something broken and give it new life. We attached it to a piece of reclaimed wood from an old tear down to make this one of a kind piece. One reindeer is missing his antler, but we don’t feel that takes from this beautiful and whimsical piece.

Our example of this piece is in great condition. The reindeer are in good all original condition with no restorations, repairs, or touch ups. This piece is in great overall condition with the usual dust, patina, scratches, scuffs, surface rust and chips that are seen with age and display. This is approximately 9” L x 7 ¾” H.
