This piece is a rare Minichamps Maserati Tipo 61 Birdcage Camoradi 1:12 diecast scale model manufactured in China for Pauls Model Art/Minichamps of Aachen, Germany. 

This is a very highly detailed scale model with opening doors, hood and removable tailgate. The engine is highly detailed with authentic interior equipment and steerable front wheels. The tires and the spare tire in the trunk are rubber Goodyear tires.  The retail price for this was $1100 and due to low production these sold out quickly.

This piece is in excellent near mint all original condition with no breaks, restorations, repairs, or touch ups. This piece shows the usual patina, fading, dust, chips, scuffs, surface rust, scratches, missing accessories and wear that are to be expected from age and display. This is approximately 12 ½” L.
