Our 17″ Police Patrol horse drawn carriage is a Kenton masterpiece.  This character cast iron toy coupled beautiful “prancing” horses that oscillate with character toys that move in the back.

Popular turn of the century Happy Hooligan was comically always in trouble and this case is no exception.  The hooligan is being hit over the head by a police button while he squirms.

Our toy was once in the Don Kauffman collection.
