One can not make these things up– For the Japanese market, Spiderman wasn’t a juicy enough story.  -So, Marvel gave Spidey his own robot!  Our Leopaldon is Spiderman’s robot that, of course, transforms into a space age jet.

Our toy comes near new old stock with its original catalog, instructions, toy, and missiles.  The styrofoam lid is not present and there is one nick out of the foam holder.  The robot itself is near new. Spiderman’s robot has reoccurring web motifs- the chest has a web.  Leg shields have a web.

The box art is to die for, as the tradition with Popy is to show engineering diagrams, then also show beautiful box cover art.  Illustrations are in vivid color.
