Steelcraft/Murray Pressed Steel Lockheed Sirius Airplane 

We have for you a very heavy rare pressed steel Steelcraft Lockheed Sirius airplane manufactured by Steelcraft/ Murray Ohio Manufacturing Co. of Cleveland, Ohio. 

This plane has a green fuselage, orange wings and rudder, rubber tires, orange painted disc wheels, nickel-plated prop and cowl. The decals are in great shape. This is the non-electric light version of this toy. The rubber band that connects the prop to the wheels is a replacement and needs to be adjusted to turn the prop. The left and right tail fins are a professional replacement.  

This piece is in very good all original condition with no breaks or touch ups (other than the tail fin replacements mentioned above). This piece shows the usual patina, fading, dust, chips, scuffs, surface rust, scratches, missing accessories and wear that are to be expected from age and play. This is approximately 21 ½” nose to tail, and a 22” wingspan. We invite you to view the photos to further determine quality and condition.
