Used as shown with fender corrosion.  Friction power moves the car, driver’s head, and then the powered top retracts then reopens in a cycle.

Condition: Corroded as shown due to time.  It is honest aging on a thin tin plate car.  The retracting top works great and cycles on, then off.
Notes:  Beautiful color combination and rare toy, where the drivers head goes back and forth.
