We have for you a windup, diecast, series 2 Mercedes Benz 300 in box that was manufactured by Prameta Kolner of West Germany, British Zone.  

When wound up this model Mercedes moves forward, left, or right depending on how you position the care with the lever.  

A= Non-automatic, i.e., hand-steering. This is affected by moving the front fog lamp to the right or left, but this should only be done when the curve steering is on “A”.
B to C= Automatic curve steering.
B= Biggest curves.
C= Smallest curves (minimum space requirement). 

There is also a gear-changing (speed regulation) neutral, reverse lever. The white rubber tires are still intact, but as per usual with toys of this age they may have petrified, discolored, warped and/or cracked. We did not notice any problems with the tires other than a crack in the left rear tire, however, it is securely on there. The wheels roll as they should. The key included is not original, but it does fit to wind the vehicle. The box is in good condition, instruction paperwork not included. 

This piece is in very good all original condition with no breaks, restorations, repairs or touch ups. This piece shows the usual patina, fading, dust, chips, scuffs, surface rust, scratches, missing accessories and wear that are to be expected from age and play. This is approximately 5 ½” L.
