If you don't have a Popeye toy in your collection you need one!  Time has moved on and Popeye is now considered too violent for children, yet when you hold this windup you quickly realized how steeped in history this character is.  Early American sailors were known for their raw energy and bulging arms– Popeye is that character!

This toy is in very good original condition.  Unlike most, Popeye's arms are in great condition with few abrasions, and the mechanism works great.  Windup this spinach eater and watch him and his two parrots quickly scoot across the floor with legs “walking”.

The pipe is intact (most are missing) and the parrot lithographs are in excellent condition.
