This piece is an all original pressed steel Sonny brand military U.S.A. 1120 anti-aircraft truck manufactured by The Dayton Toy & Specialty Co. of Dayton, Ohio. 

Wheels roll and turn as they should. The cannon rolls up and down smoothly. It comes with one wooden artillery shell, but the cannon does not fire as the spring and lever are missing.
