ALPS Tin Lithographed Battery Operated “Rock N Roll Monkey” Fuzzy Elvis!! with Box

We have a sense of humor and so did this Japanese toy maker.  So did its previous owner, it came from the Dossett Estate.  We have a fuzzy Elvis! -By Alps.

The box is labeled Battery Operated Rock N Roll Monkey. “He Rocks to the tune and actually plays the guitar” -Sort of strums that is….and squeaks.

This gyrating monkey stands on a stack of electronics and strums away with the red light glaring.  Toes tap.  The toy works well and is complimented with a moving hat and bell for extra ringing.  The toy squeaks to the beat.

Shoes are well detailed “Florsheim” style shoes.  Clothing is flannel and fabric.

The toy’s box was preserved with a plastic wrap and is a beauty!

The toy works and battery tray is clean.  The strings are present as is the oft lost hat and bell.  Condition here is stellar.
