Prameta Kolner Automodelle Windup Diecast Series 2 Mercedes Benz 300, Buick 405 in Box West German Toy 

We have for you 3 windup, diecast, series 2 Mercedes Benz 300 box, 2 Mercedes Benz 300’s and a Buick 405 with 1 original key that were manufactured by Prameta Kolner of West Germany, British Zone.   

When wound up these cars move forward, left, or right depending on how you position the care with the lever.   

A= Non-automatic, i.e., hand-steering. This is affected by moving the front fog lamp to the right or left, but this should only be done when the curve steering is on “A”. 

B to C= Automatic curve steering. 

B= Biggest curves. 

C= Smallest curves (minimum space requirement).  

There is also a gear-changing (speed regulation) neutral, reverse lever. The white rubber tires are still intact, but as per usual with toys of this age they may have petrified, discolored, warped and/or cracked. We did not notice any problems with the tires. The wheels roll as they should and all of the cars work. One Mercedes has the little plastic emblem and one does not. The key included is the original Police Officer shaped key. The box is in good condition, instruction paperwork in fair condition included.  

These pieces are in good to great all original condition with no breaks, restorations, repairs or touch ups (other than the missing emblem on one Mercedes). These pieces show the usual patina, fading, dust, chips, scuffs, surface rust, scratches, missing accessories, and wear that are to be expected from age and play. This are all approximately 5 ½” L.
