30″ Rare Brown Eyed Early Pre-Civil War China Shoulder Head Doll

We have for you a rare antique porcelain doll with an 8″ head and shoulder plate featuring three plate holes. She has painted brown eyes, red-orange eyelids and lips, delicately blushed cheeks, and painted brows. Her molded black hair is styled in a modified flat top with a center part, short curls at the sides, and sausage curls at the back. The body and legs are muslin, with kid leather forearms and hands. She wears a hand-sewn satin corset beneath an antique white dress, petticoat, and pantaloons, along with a crocheted angora shawl and antique high-top boots.
