This is a #21667 Elite Force Modern US 10th Mountain Division Master Sergeant Lucas 1:6 scale 12” action figure mint in box that was manufactured by Blue Box International (BBI) of Hong Kong.

The box has normal shelf wear, and the action figure has not been removed from the box. All accessories appear to be present and accounted for.
