Electric Japanese 1950s Boat- SM For Sale

Check out our new old stock Japanese boat circa 1950.  This is an “ITO” or “Fleetline” toy, but boxed with a lesser seen S.M. logo. Box Included-.

The boat is near mint with a minor transom chip on the edge.  The original box is present with excelsior stuffing.

The boat works, but needs stronger new batteries.  The bow light works and glows green.  The new old stock motor had to be encouraged to run, and then ran better with a few minutes of use.  This is common with old Japanese toys.

The boat sits at close to 13 inches long; see a standard pen for comparison.

S.M. Is likely maker Masuya, a post WWII Tokyo brand.
