This is a tin lithographed advertising/promo puzzle skill game that was manufactured in Germany.   

This was an advertising piece used for an unknown club at Ed. Swisler’s in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The idea is to get the teeth into the person’s mouth. The image is a stereotyped African-American figure lithographed on tin. The back has some of the label torn off. 

This piece is in very good all original condition with no breaks, restorations, repairs, or touch ups.
