This piece is a ca. 1940-1964 #5 A Small Work Horse horizontal steam engine manufactured by Jensen Manufacturing Company, Inc. of Jeannette, Pennsylvania. 

When turned by hand everything runs smoothly, the sight glass is still intact as are all of the valve handles. We did try to run this one and while it works we found the piston to be leaking water, we don’t have the know how to repair this. This is a 115 Volt AC or DC, 450 Watts, 14 Amps.      

This piece is in great all original condition with no breaks, restorations, repairs, or touch ups. This piece shows the usual patina, fading, dust, chips, scuffs, surface rust, scratches, missing accessories and wear that are to be expected from age and play. It is approximately 11 ½” L x 9 ½” W.
