Kenton Happy Hooligan Patrol *eMuseum Sold*

We have a superb Kenton Toy to share, Happy Hooligan comic character and his cast iron police patrol wagon.  This toy was placed in a collection but we wanted to share photos.

It is a mouthful, but this comic character Happy was always into trouble.  So the police had to arrest him, a hooligan, from time to time and haul him off on the police wagon.
