Marklin Blimp Toy aka Zeppelin Tin Windup For Sale

This tin air ship a.k.a. Zeppelin is a beautiful survivor of WW1, Ww2, and the ravages of 110 years of age. Our Zeppelin is model 5402 and at 12″ in length.

Construction is metal and tin, hand soldered together and then hand painted.  Even the banner and “cables” for the gondolas have been hand made.

Condition is original and very good with traces of discoloration in the cream at seams, light chips, and age as expected.  The celluloid propeller has a crack and has been rebonded with tape. Fan blades have small amounts of surface corrosion.
