Notes:  Nomura has always been known for their beautiful 50’s tin and this is no exception.  The first jeeps the company made were heavier gage and with more intricate parts like this one.  Each driver was painstakingly made; later fewer drivers were used and just half bodies.  Especially noteworthy is the 5th Air Force marking, which would have been around the time of the Korean War.  The only example recently seen is noted in Kitahara’s tin toy book.  Rare.
