Soviet Union Russian Tin Lithographed Windup “Mountain Road” Train Shuttle Bus Mechanical Toy in Box 

This piece is a tin, lithographed, windup “Mountain Road” train shuttle bus toy in box that was manufactured in Moscow, U.S.S.R. by the Moscow Mechanical Tin Toy Factory. This is similar to the “Mont-Blanc Express” that was manufactured by Noel Dufourt of France.  

When wound with its original key (included), this working model goes up the ramp, down the next ramp before hitting the bumper and traveling back to the beginning where it goes up the ramp again. This comes with instructions, a bridge with two hinged sections of road, tunnel with a rail, one trolley, one bus, and a key. The box is in good overall condition.   

This piece is in excellent near mint all original condition with no breaks, restorations, repairs, or touch ups. This piece shows the usual patina, fading, dust, chips, scuffs, surface rust, scratches, missing accessories and wear that are to be expected from age and display.
