This is an incredibly rare “Red China” R.C. Tank kit that is unused.  Most will scoff at its primitive look; however, it represents the beginning of early Communist China’s toy-making. This piece is a ca. 1960s battery-operated, remote-controlled, wooden scientific model tank kit in box that was manufactured by T.M.K. of China.

The wood R.C. toy kit is actually a battery-operated kit it appears and likely corded.  Unused instructions and parts are all included as shown and it appears complete.

The kit appears to be circa 1960 and has high-grade wood and rubber treads.  R.C. toy kits have steadily gained popularity, and this is the only one we have seen before.
