Fun Japanese windup tin toy by T.P.S. also known as “To Play” Corp.

The toy works well with a moving trolley and it goes around a city/ circus track. Nice details on the tin, from a 1950s town to a 50s circus.

Beautiful lithography.  The toy has all the inserts and is boxed.  Item appears to be near new.
