This is an 70pc “The Original Forth Apache Western Playset” sealed in box that was manufactured by Toy Street of Caldwell, New Jersey with license from the American Plastic Equipment, Inc. of Sebring, Ohio. In the 1980s when Marx Toys went out of business, the American Plastic Equipment, Inc. purchased all of the non-real and financial assets. American Plastic was interested in obtaining the intellectual property rights and steel product molds, and therefore purchased all of the assets in order to obtain the molds.

This set is just like the original Marx Fort Apache playset and includes 70 pieces all sealed in their original packaging.

These pieces are in mint all original condition with no breaks, restorations, repairs, or touch-ups. We didn’t inspect every piece because the box is sealed; we believe them all to be here.
