This is a rare ca. 1923 tin friction no. 301 C-top Stutz Racer that was manufactured by the John C. Turner Company of Wapakoneta, Ohio.

The flywheel friction motor is primitive, and the wheels turn freely.

This piece is in all original condition with no breaks, restorations, repairs, or touch-ups.
