Vintage Rare Haji Missile Strike Jeep Japanese Friction Tin Lithographed Vehicle Toy for Sale

This is an rare ca. 1960’s tin lithographed friction Missile Strike Jeep made by Haji of Japan.

This tin lithographed jeep comes with two wooden missiles that shoot from the canon attached to jeeps turret. The friction and the missile firing mechanisms work as they should and the missiles fire from the cannon. This rare Japanese tin toy and its missiles are the precursor to the 1970’s missile firing robots. This is a hard to find item, especially with wooden missiles intact. On both sides it reads “Strike B-10207” and “U.S.A. 140750”.

Our example of this piece is in great all original condition with no restorations, repairs, or touch ups. The lithographs are in great overall condition with the usual dust, patina, scratches, scuffs and chips that are seen with age and display. The whole toy is approximately 5 ¼” L x 3 ¼” W. We encourage you to examine the photographs to further determine condition and quality.
